Apply for Broadcasting Scholarships

 The Upper Midwest Chapter of the National Television Academy (NTAUpperMidwest), is offering $2,500 scholarships for high school seniors interested in a career in television, broadcasting or electronic media. The Iowa Broadcast News Association offers $1,000 and $500 scholarships for college students pursuing careers in electronic media journalism. For information, go to www.ibna.org/students.html.

The Northwest Broadcast News Association offers a $500 grant to be used for professional journalism training. For more information go to www.nbna.info.

The Nebraska Broadcasters Association Foundation is not currently offering scholarships, but often do. Check their site at www.ne-ba.org.
