Police Search For Work Release Prisoner

SIOUX CITY, IA -

The Iowa Department of Corrections is asking for the publics help to locate a prisoner who did not return to a work release facility.

Dexter James-Lloyd No Ear, 25, failed to return from a Sioux City work release facility.

In 2009 No Ear began serving a 30 year sentence for assault  with intent of injury, prohibited acts, second degree theft and three counts of interference with a correctional officer causing bodily injury.

No Ear served four years and seven months of that sentence before his transfer to the minimum security facility in Sioux City on June 6.

He is described as American Indian with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'7" tall and weighs 164 lbs.
