PepsiCo of Siouxland Presents Check to Freedom Park

SIOUX CITY, IA -  A local business is reaching out to help area veterans.
 

 PepsiCo of Siouxland is one of three companies that area finalists for the "Donald M. Kendall Bottler of the Year Award."

Company officials and camera crews have been on location at Siouxland's Freedom Park to shoot a documentary about the firms work in the community.  That work includes making donations to the park and a history of hiring local veterans. General Manager Jim Bauerly also presented a check to Freedom Park and local veterans of Siouxland.
 
 "We have two veterans working at PepsiCo of Siouxland and we felt like it was important for us to give a gift to support this wonderful project that they have here," said Bauerly
 
The camera crew will be filming the work the company does for the rest of the weekend. Bauerly said that PepsiCo looks forward to its continued support of Siouxland Freedom Park.
