THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED: The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Alan Adams. Adams is 24 years old, 5’08” tall, 135lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Confinement after walking away from the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City. Adams was serving a ten year sentence at the Residential Treatment Facility for Theft in the Second Degree and Felony Fail to Appear. Adams is a known gang member and has a flying bat tattooed on his right forearm and three dots tattooed on his left hand. The last known address for Adams was on the near north side of Sioux City.
