Sioux Citians Enjoy Brief Stint of Warmer Weather

Siouxland set some record high temperatures in the past couple of days and that's had a lot of people hoping this is an early glimpse of Spring.

Most folks say they're just happy to see a change from last week's frigid sub-zero temperatures.

And although the 60 to 70 degree weather isn't here to stay, they're enjoying it while it lasts.
"The smell, the grass, the trees, all kinds of nature, it's beautiful stuff," said Pinky Catron.
"I'm gonna go home sit on my porch and drink an iced tea," answered Jamilah Jones when asked how she would be spending her Monday.
"Just go home and relax, just got off of work early. Probably just going to go home and maybe get outside and work on the car for a little bit, so pretty much kick back and relax and enjoy the nice weather I guess," said Tim Sylvester.

But, as our Siouxland Weather team have forecasted, Monday's gorgeous weather is just temporary.

If you have a story you want to tell or an  incident you think needs to be investigated, our reporter Beairshelle Edmé wants to hear about it.
