Police Arrest Suspect in Wednesday Night's Estherville Shooting

ESTHERVILLE, IA -

Police were called to Green Acres Village on Third Avenue in Estherville for a person who had been shot just before 8 p.m. last Wednesday night.

They found 30-year-old Michaela Jordan dead from a single gunshot wound.

After talking to witnesses and collecting evidence, they obtained a search warrant and an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Scott Sudbeck.

Police arrested Sudbeck and charged him with first degree murder.

He's being held in the Emmet County jail on $2 million dollar bond.
