The Crawford County Sheriff's Office is investigating a string of vehicle thefts that the sheriff says are connected.

Last Thursday night,  three Ford F-250 pickups were stolen from a farm supply business in Dow City, then a Dodge Ram and a Chevy pickup were stolen from a private residence in Arion, and early Friday morning a 1936 Pontiac Coupe was stolen from a storage facility in Denison.

The three F-250s and the Chevy have been recovered, but the Dodge Ram and the Pontiac are still missing.
