TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Keytroller, LLC (Keytroller) a leading supplier of Electronic Safety Devices For Equipment is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a GSA Schedule 84: (GS-07F-043BA). Keytroller is now certified to supply equipment access monitoring systems that can be enabled by access key code or RFID/TWIC cards used by many Federal and Government Agencies. Acknowledging the growth in federal spending through the GSA, Keytroller will be listing their Forklift and Heavy Equipment access monitoring systems on the government's electronic ordering system, GSA Advantage!®.

"This contract opens up significantly more markets throughout the country and affords us an opportunity to provide Federal agencies with the most advanced wireless and OSHA compliant equipment access monitoring systems available," states Terry Wickman, President at Keytroller, LLC. He adds: "this contract will expand our reach beyond the federal government to state, county, and municipal agencies, as we can now offer them reliable equipment access and monitoring products at attractive fixed government pricing."

Keytroller manufactures advanced heavy equipment usage and monitoring TWIC RFID Card-Access Systems. Their most advanced 600 LCD Series is fully OSHA compliant and can monitor a variety of user activities ranging from speed of vehicle to overload and impacts: Abusive operators will have impact and speed infractions recorded, and if programmed to the system can shut down the vehicle. The LCD601/2 can also automate the OSHA required per shift checklists with critical failures shutting down the vehicle. The mid-range 100 Series combines many of the LCD600 series features in a more compact design featuring card TWIC RFID card or code access. Keytroller's basic Start-Smart System keyless ignition system offers users keypad access and monitoring in a compact, cost-effective package.
