Thomas is 48 years old, 5'11" tall, 210lbs and is wanted by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office for three counts of Failure to Pay Child Support and has 90 days to serve in jail for Failure to Pay Child Support. Thomas has tear drops tattooed near his left eye. The last known address for Thomas was on the westside of Sioux City.
