Siouxland Couple Sues Olive Garden Over Cyclospora

SIOUX CITY, IA -

A couple from northeast Nebraska is suing the company that owns the local Olive Garden over the Cyclospora outbreak.

William and Joyce Nenzda of O'Neil, Nebraska say they got sick after eating there.  They filed a federal lawsuit today in Woodbury County.

Their lawsuit is one of two that have been filed against Orlando, Florida-based Darden Foods, which operates the Olive Garden Chain, and Taylor Fresh Foods, which supplied the tainted salad from one of its operations in Mexico.

An Iowa woman has also filed a lawsuit, saying she got sick after eating at the Olive Garden in Cedar Rapids.
