Judge to Issue Ruling in Cameron Murder Trial

Posted:

(ONAWA, IA) A Siouxland woman accused of murdering her toddler will learn her fate Friday, May 17th.

Prosecutors have accused Ashley Cameron of holding her 15-month-old son Markis under a running faucet until he died.

The defense has claimed Markis may have had a seizure that caused him to drown in the bathtub while his mother was out of the room.

The judge will issue his decision at 10 AM.
