Alan Spencer - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Alan Spencer.  Spencer, 35, is 6'02" tall, 240 lbs and is wanted by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office for Parole Violation, original charge – possession of meth 3rd.  The last known address for Spencer was in the Oto and Castana area.
