SIOUX CITY, IA -
A Woodbury County jury found Brad Gregg not guilty this afternoon. He had been facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and assault causing serious injury over an October 2010 incident on Historic Fourth Street in Sioux City where Gregg punched Joseph McDonald of Ida Grove in the face, causing McDonald to fall to the ground and hit his head on the pavement. He later died from his injuries.
