Cherokee Co. Police Searching For Suspicious Vehicle

CHEROKEE, IA -

Cherokee County Law Enforcement are on the look out for a suspicious vehicle tonight.

According to the sheriff's department a "very credible" source reported a white van heading north on Highway 59 at the Highway 3 junction in Cherokee, Iowa this morning.

The concerned citizen said they saw a child with their hands tied banging on the back window.

At this time, there is no report of a missing child in Cherokee County, but law enforcement agencies did spend the day looking for the van.
