The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating David Wever.  Wever, 23, is 5'10" tall, 200 lbs and has tattoos on his chest and left arm.  Wever is wanted for Larceny/Theft out of Webster, Black Hawk, and Cerro Gordo Counties.  These charges stem from home repair scams.  Wever is believed to be in the Sioux City area and is in believed to be in the company of Edward Mason Jr. The last known address for Wever was in Eagle Grove, Iowa.
