Revitalizing Sioux City: Study Results Coming Soon

Posted:
SIOUX CITY, IA -

Sioux City's getting some feedback on a plan to breathe new life into downtown.

Back in February the city began a study to revitalize downtown.

The goals: add jobs, spur development, and increase investment, all with the help of the International Economic Development Council.

Later this month that council will share what they've learned so far.

"They'll be doing a preliminary discussion of their findings, which will give us an idea of what we can do to increase the value of our downtown and to really revitalize what assets we already have," says Ragen Cote, Executive Director of Downtown Partners.

If you want your voice heard when it comes to revitalizing downtown you'll have a chance in a few weeks.
