Thomas Merchant - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

**THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED**

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Thomas Merchant.  Merchant, 27, is 5'10" tall, 205 lbs and is wanted by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on a serious assault charge.  The last known address for Merchant was in Sioux City.
