Olivia Wilmsen - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

Olivia Wilmsen is a wide state away from her hometown Orland Park, IL, a south suburb of Chicago. She is thrilled to be here in friendly Siouxland, a different but welcoming city.

Olivia graduated from the University of Missouri's School of Journalism with a bachelor's degree in Radio/TV Journalism and a minor in the Spanish language. She is a die hard sports fan of the Mizzou Tigers and all Chicago teams, especially the Cubs.

Olivia has been watching the news with her parents since she was little. She always dreamed one day she'd be on TV, hoping to make a difference telling people's inspiring stories.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys days at the pool, playing piano, singing, dancing, playing sports of all sorts, and of course, spending time with her adorable beagle, Daisy. Olivia is the oldest of three. Her brother, Taylor, is studying Civil Engineering at sunny Arizona State University and her sister, Scarlett, is entering her senior year at Carl Sandburg High School. Her amazing parents, Dawn and John, have motivated and cared for her to be a great person and hard worker.
