The U.S. Marshal Service in Sioux City is seeking the public's assistance in locating Ralph Rogers.  Rogers 23, is 5'08" tall and 140 pounds.  Rogers is wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service for violating the conditions of his pre-trial release.  Rogers was indicted in the Northern District of Iowa for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Kidnapping and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime of Violence, Rogers was subsequently released on bond and has since absconded.  Rogers'  last known address was in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
