Joshua Cousineau - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

**THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED**

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in locating Joshua Cousineau.  Cousineau, 24, is 5'7" tall, 160 lbs and is wanted by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office for harassment in the first degree.  The last known address for Cousineau was in Sioux City.
