The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Samuel Wells. Wells is wanted by the State of Iowa for Parole Violation. In March, 2009 Wells was sentenced to five years in prison in Woodbury County for committing Theft in the Second Degree, a Felony, and Possession of Drugs. Wells spent three months in prison and was released on parole. He has allegedly violated his parole and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Wells has a long history of breaking and entering, theft and drug possession. Wells is a black man, 5'6" tall and 205 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes. Wells has a two inch scar above his right eyebrow, and a the name "SAM" on his upper left arm. The last known address for Wells was in Sioux City.
