The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Joseph Randolph. Randolph is wanted in Woodbury County for three counts of Violation of a No Contact Order. Randolph has a long and violent criminal background that includes numerous domestic assault convictions. Randolph is a 28 year old black man, 6'1" tall and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Randolph has many tattoos including two tear drops near his left eye and AK-47 assault rifles tattooed on both arms. The last known address for Randolph was in Sioux City but has been known to reside in the Harrison County, Iowa area.
