The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Kelly Bivens.  Bivens, 44, is 5'11" tall, 190 lbs and is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for violating the terms of his state parole and by the Union County Sheriff's Office for burglary.  Bivens is on parole for eluding police and OWI.   Bivens has a spider tattoo on his right hand between his thumb and index finger.  Bivens has an extensive criminal history including assaults against police officers, burglaries, and drug possession.  The last known location of Bivens was the near north side of Sioux City.
