**THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED**

The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Kevin Davis.  Davis is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for walking away from the Residential Treatment Center in Sioux City, Iowa.  Davis was in the Residential Treatment Center and on parole for being a habitual offender, felon in possession of firearm, and robbery 1st degree.  Davis is considered armed and dangerous, has violent tendencies and known to abuse drugs.   Davis, 37, is 6'1" tall, 190lbs.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Davis has a tattoo of a basketball on his left calf and a tattoo of a dog on his chest. Davis' last known address was in Chicago, IL.
