The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Shanta Banks. Banks is wanted in by the State of Iowa for Probation Violation. In November, 2008, Banks was convicted in Woodbury County with Possession with Intent to Distribute Drugs and Drug Tax Stamp Violation. Banks spent a short time in jail and was placed on probation. Banks Violated her Probation in April, 2009 and a warrant was issued. Banks is a 22 year old black female 5'" and 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. her last known address was in Sioux City.
