**THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED**

The United States Marshals Service is currently looking for Jordan Thomas. On June 11, 2007 , Thomas was sentenced in Woodbury County, Iowa to ten years in prison for charges of Willful Injury, Going Armed with Intent, Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of Marijuana. Thomas went to prison for a short time and was then sent to the Residential Treatment Facility in Sioux City, Iowa in Feb, of 2010.  Thomas was released on a family visit on 04/10/2010 and failed to return to the Residential Treatment Facility.  Thomas is a 23 year old Native American man, 6'2" inches tall and 180 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes.  He has scar on his right hand. Thomas' last known address was in Sioux City.

Update - On October 13, 2010, the United States Marshals Service obtained a federal warrant  for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Confinement warrant for the arrest of Jordan Thomas. Marshals have received several tips about the location of Thomas, but each time Marshals acted on the tips, Thomas had slipped away. Viewers are asked to call Marshals with tips about the location of this violent fugitive.
