Rodolfo (Rudy) Velasco-Lupercio - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

The United States Marshals Service is currently looking for Rodolfo (Rudy) Velasco-Lupercio.  Velasco-Lupercio is wanted by Dakota County Nebraska on several outstanding warrants including Assault 3^rd Degree and Failure to Appear. Velasco is a known street gang member.  Velasco uses the street name "Shorty" or "Rudy".  Velasco, 25 is a Hispanic male, 5'5" tall and 155 pounds.   Velasco has numerous tattoos including "Shorty" on his stomach, "Latin King" on his chest and women's faces on both arms. Although he shaves his head, he sometimes has a rat tail type pony tail.
