Michael Lee Shapley - Siouxland News - KMEG 14 and FOX 44

**THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN CAPTURED**

The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating Michael Lee Shapley. Shapley, 36, 5"6" and 165lbs of Moville, was indicted in August of 2009 for Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Shapley was released on pre-trial supervision, pending disposition of the criminal charges. Shapley has since failed to report to his Federal Probation Officer, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Shapley is suspected of being in the Sioux City area.
