Christmas Wonderland

You can go walking in a winter wonderland for the next two weekends at the Le Mars Pioneer Village at the Plymouth County fairgrounds. The "Christmas Wonderland" kicks off with a lighted parade on Saturday night.

"Oh, it is just so neat. We have the whole village lit with lights and we have horse-drawn rides around the fairgrounds. And it just is the meaning of Christmas, I think. It's just a really neat, neat event," says Pioneer Village Christmas Wonderland's Bonita Davison.

The "Christmas Wonderland" is this weekend and next weekend from 5:30 to 8:30 each evening. The village includes a live nativity, festival of trees, visits from Santa and refreshments, all for free.
