It's a bicycle giveaway with a twist. Nine kids from Big Brothers, Big Sisters were presented with brand new bikes and helmets from Williams and Company at the Sioux City Hilton Garden Inn Friday.
Now the twist, before they could claim their new wheels, they had to figure out how to put them together first.
The organization turned the event into a team-building activity where each team had to sort, trade and assemble mis-matched parts.
